SPORTS INJURIES
Many sports injuries in children and young adults start small:
• Ankle sprain during football
• Knee pain after running
• Shoulder pain after throwing
• Muscle strain during gym
• Hip pain after training
The reality is if these injuries are ignored, poorly treated or managed with rest alone it can lead to on and off recurrent pain, chronic instability, long-term joint damage, early wear and tear and reduced performance.
