Breast cancer reconstructive surgery;
An Ace Archive

Following breast tumor Extirpation (removal) done elsewhere, this patient had a defect, breast asymmetry and an unsightly contracture scar.

Dr.Peter Biribwa used a breast reduction with (a lift technique) of the opposite(contralateral) breast, fat grafting to improve the volume in the affected breast while releasing the adherent scar.

The patient was relieved to have the breasts improved and more assymetrical.
