WORLD DIABETES DAY 2025 — DIABETES & WELL-BEING
At AfyaFirst Medical Centre, we stand with the world in promoting awareness, prevention, and better management of diabetes — especially where we spend most of our time: the workplace.
A healthy workforce is a productive workforce. That’s why this year’s theme, “Diabetes and Well-Being,” reminds us that daily habits at work play a big role in controlling and preventing diabetes.

• Use the stairs instead of the lift

• Try cycling or jogging before/after work
