So many people are suffering in relationships today because they refuse to let go of someone who isn't right for them:

They know, deep down, that the relationship isn't working, but they hold on, believing they can change the other person. They convince themselves that if they just try harder, sacrifice more, or love enough, the person will finally "love them back" the way they deserve.

The hardest part is realizing that no matter how much effort they put in, the other person has no intention of changing. They remain stuck, pouring their energy into a relationship that only brings them pain.
If you're in a relationship where the person is causing you more grief than happiness, it's time to let go. Accepting that things aren't working is the first and most important step to protecting yourself from further hurt.

It's crucial to be honest with yourself and admit when a relationship is broken beyond repair. So many people suffer because they refuse to face the reality of their situation, hoping things will mรกgically get better. But hope alone cannot fix a relationship.
If your current relationship isn't working, don't force it. The more you try to hold on to something that isn't meant to be, the more you'll hurt yourself in the process.

Remember this: nobody can take your happiness away unless you allow it. Your happiness is your responsibility-it's in your hands, not someone else's.
If you don't want others to mistreat you, you have the power to stop them. You deserve respect, love, and kindness, and if those things are no longer being served, it's time to walk away.

IT'S A NEW YEAR 2025.

Below are some reasons to have positive routines:

1. To build healthy habits.
Sticking to a routine long enough builds a habit. Once this happens, it takes less effort to initiate the new routine or behavior, and follow through is easier.

2. To increase your feeling of control. Addiction takes away your power and self-esteem, creating negative feelings. Making a conscious effort to make positive changes can empower and build confidence. In turn, this can make you feel more capable of sticking with the positive changes you make.

3. To create a new normal.
Before addiction recovery, you may have spent a lot of time engaging in destructive habits. Positive routines in early recovery create stability and provide a sense of security and comfort until the habits overwrite your old habits.

4. To provide opportunities to exercise restraint.
Substance abuse disorders often
erode your self-control, which is critical to maintaining long-term sobriety. Self-control is like a muscle; it grows stronger each time you exercise it. Therefore, enforcing healthy habits builds your self-control so that you can resist the urge to use harmful substances.

5. To boost your well-being and mental health.
Positive routines, like eating well and
exercising, are great for your physical and mental health. The little victories of sticking to routines boosts confidence and help manage stress. Practices such as mindfulness and meditation can improve emotional health, increase self-awareness and set you up for long-term success..

Let me explain some connectivity between A MAN & A WOMAN..

1. HUGGING ๐Ÿซ‚:
When you hug, heart to heart, body to body with somebody.... it brings two hearts together and can unite them as one.....
That's why we always look for somebody to hug or somebody that will hold us tight when we are stressed outโœ”๏ธโœ”๏ธ

BUT REMEMBER:
You can hug yourself into problem...as well as Greatness too๐Ÿ‘Œ
*CHECK WELL*

2. KรSSรNG ๐Ÿฅฐ:
When you kiss ๐Ÿ’‹, mouth to mouth, face to face with somebody...both of you exchange breath and exchange sense of reasoning... that's why couples act alike and have some resemblance after some years of being togetherโœ”๏ธ

BUT REMEMBER:
You can kiss yourself into poverty, problem, sickness... as well as riches tooโœ”๏ธ
*CHECK WELL*

3. INTIMACY/S*X:
Body to body, Soul to soul, heart to heart... ***We call it bonding***๐Ÿ’ƒ
When you have S*X with somebody, you will connect with that person spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally โœ”๏ธ

That simply means, you can connect to a bad spirit, curses, bad luck, poverty, bondage etc and you can as well connect to Good spirit, sound health, prosperity, sound mind, Greatness etc....

Now LISTEN ๐Ÿ™„
BEFORE YOU THINK OF FALLING IN LOVE WITH ANYBODY, CHECK AND ASK GOD FOR DIRECTION๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

BEFORE YOU BEGIN TO IMAGINE KISSING SOMEBODY, THINK AND THINK WELL๐Ÿ™„

BEFORE THE SPIRIT OF LUST PUSH YOU TO IMAGINE HAVING S*X WITH SOME RANDOM GIRLS OR LADIES OUT THERE,, REMEMBER SALT AND SUGAR LOOKS ALIKEโœ”๏ธ
SOME BEAUTIFUL TIME OUT WITH A LADY CAN BRING EVERLASTING DOWNFALL OR DESTRUCTION TO YOU๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„

TRY AND SETTLE FOR ONE AND ZIP YOUR TROUSER ๐Ÿ‘–MY BROTHER ๐Ÿ™„.....

YOUR MAN HOOD IS NOT A PUBLIC PROPERTY (PP) rather IT IS A PRIVATE PROPERTY (PP)๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

REMEMBER SALT ๐Ÿง‚ & SUGAR LOOKS ALIKE, SAME WAY PP IS DIFFERENT FROM PP๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ PUBLIC PROPERTY-PP is different from PRIVATE PROPERTY- PP

DON'T PLAY WITH YOUR LIFE WHEN IT COMES TO FALLING IN LOVE AND LOVE MAKING ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™
IT CAN BE VERY DEPRESSING & DANGEROUS AT THE END IF YOU MAKE MISTAKES ๐Ÿ™

AVOID DEPRESSION! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ

SU***DE.

Who is at risk?
The link between su***de and mental disorders (in particular, depression and alcohol use disorders) and a previous su***de attempt is well established in high-income countries. However, many su***des happen impulsively in moments of crisis with a breakdown in the ability to deal with life stresses, such as financial problems, relationship disputes, or chronic pain and illness.

In addition, experiencing conflict, disaster, violence, abuse or loss and a sense of isolation are strongly associated with suicidal behaviour. Su***de rates are also high among vulnerable groups who experience discrimination, such as refugees and migrants; indigenous peoples; le***an, gay, bis*xual, transgender, inters*x (LGBTI) persons; and prisoners.

Prevention and control
There are several measures that can be taken at population, sub-population and individual levels to prevent su***de and self-harm. LIVE LIFE, WHOโ€™s initiative for su***de prevention, recommends the following key effective evidence-based interventions:

limit access to the means of su***de (e.g. pesticides, fi****ms, certain medications);
interact with the media for responsible reporting of su***de;
foster socio-emotional life skills in adolescents; and
early identify, assess, manage and follow up anyone who is affected by suicidal behaviours.
These need to go hand-in-hand with the following foundational pillars: situation analysis, multisectoral collaboration, awareness raising, capacity building, financing, surveillance and monitoring and evaluation.

Su***de prevention efforts require coordination and collaboration among multiple sectors of society, including the health sector and other sectors such as education, labour, agriculture, business, justice, law, defence, politics and the media. These efforts must be comprehensive and integrated given the multifaceted nature of su***de.
