OT also work with these children to help them improve on their fine muscles.. i.e
To improve on reaching, grasping of objects and releasing..

To improve on their hand muscle strength

And improve on their grip.. Palma to pincer grip.. Etc

Most of the children with cerebral palsy have severe disabilities.. And the parents may find themselves hopeless and helpless after finding out the prognosis of the condition. Cerebral palsy does not affect the Child alone it affects the whole family and the whole family therefore need to participate in the care n rehabilitation of these children...

2 muscle co-ordinations
3 And also reduce in muscle stiffness....
