We are looking to hire a Procurement officer.

๐—๐—ข๐—• ๐——๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—–๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—ฃ๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก
ยท Serve as liaison with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
ยท Coordinate with procurement to meet stock requirements promptly.
ยท Oversee procurement and warehousing: proper storage, FIFO, expiries, and item condition.
ยท Handle and investigate market complaints; respond appropriately.
ยท Manage customer returns: raise GRNs, provide reasons, and forward for credit authorization.
ยท Develop, implement, and review SOPs for quality assurance and operations per GDP, WHO, and best practices.
ยท Monitor stock movement to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
ยท Manage returns of slow-moving, overstocked, or near-expiry items.
ยท Ensure continuous supply of high-quality products, including follow-up in storage.
ยท Maintain accurate records of all customer documentation.

ยท Diploma in Pharmacy
ยท Enrollment with the ๐๐๐ ๐š ๐Œ๐”๐’๐“
ยท Minimum ๐Ÿ-๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž as a procurement officer or related position
ยท Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
ยท Knowledge of the Sage ERP desirable
