𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Serve as the liaison with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
• Oversee procurement & warehousing — proper storage, FIFO, expiry control, and care of items.
• Receive, investigate & resolve market complaints.
• Develop & implement quality assurance policies.
• Ensure compliance with GDP standards.
• Monitor stock levels & place timely orders.
• Maintain continuous supply and proper storage conditions.

🎓 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Sage ERP is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market.

• Conduct and supervise product, regulatory, and safety training for warehouse staff.
• Formulate, implement, and review SOPs guided by GDP, WHO, and best practices.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Maintain updated records of controlled drugs and ensure proper documentation.
• Investigate market complaints and coordinate product recalls when necessary.
• Plan warehouse layout for efficient space use and manage stock control systems.
• Supervise, motivate, and evaluate warehouse teams for peak performance.
• Ensure timely reporting, proper disposal of damaged goods, and accountability in stock movement.
• Liaise with the dispatch department to track product movement accurately.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
