December 1st was World AIDS Day. A few days later, statistics came in stating that most people who were contracting HIV in Kenya were between the ages of 15 to 34.

And life continues without a shift but truth is, we need to get our act together and get tested as much as we can, when we can. Many young people are becoming sexually active and if they cannot abstain then there is need for awareness.

Awareness about protection, awareness about infection, awareness about intention. If you are going to make a choice to intentional enjoy physical company then you must intentionally protect yourself.

Think of it this way, many people are going to hire vehicles to travel for the holidays. Do they own the car, No. Will they fuel it? Yes. Will they check the engine, tyres and everything else? Yes

So, what makes you think that you can ride without taking care of your vehicle?

Go get tested, make it a lifestyle especially if you ride alot. 😎
