We 'Yoga at GoDown" have moved from facilitating yoga sessions at the Godown Kilimani location to Kuona Artists' Collective Centre on likoni lane, off denis pritt road in Kilimani.

we now have morning yoga sessions.
Saturdays 11:00 am to 12:00 pm ' Yoga Basics' workshops are ongoing.

Introducing Morning Yoga sessions at the Kuona Art Centre
Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00 am to 9:00 am
Cost is ksh 500.

Regular community yoga classes are on Wednesdays & Fridays 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
& Saturdays ~ Yoga & Chai
9:00 am. to 10:15 am.
Suggested donation is 300 ksh per session.

So fear not, my friend. The darkness is gentler than you think. Be grateful for the manifold, dreams of creation, and the many ways of the unnumbered peoples.

Chai and mandazis served after yoga.
Community class is donation based.

Yoga Basics Workshop 10:50 am to 12:15 pm.
Fly Edition,an introduction to inversions, and a check in with alignment.
