💫 For the years we have been building, empowering and transforming the lives of young people, one issue still stand out. Many young people still struggle with help seeking especially whenever they are facing psychological issues. Additionally, symptoms of mental health struggles remain to be ignored for many years.

💥Mental health matters especially for young people. Behind the smiles, many young people are carrying stress, anxiety, and pressure from school, family, and everyday life. And too often, they carry it alone.

💫Stigma still keeps many silent. But silence should never be the only option.

🔥 Under the Resilient Teen Club program, we not only empower young people with tools that can make them stand strong in times of adversity but also empower them to share their challenges without fear whenever faced with challenges.

Children spend approximately half of their working hours in schools. Because of this, schools are often the first place where issues are noticed.

💫At New Imperial Academy, Githurai 45, we successful conducted session 1 Resilient Teen Club Program. A session that focused on self awareness among young people.
