5 years ago, I did something I never thought I would have to do, a double mastectomy and DIEP as a result of breast cancer. Alone, during covid…
Reflecting back on the past years, I learnt I got cancer due to not living a congruent life. I had my highs and lows; resilience and vulnerability helped me find me.

Gratitude to those who stood by me, held space for me and even to those who chose to be unkind…

My SPT community, forever holding space. Being there unconditionally. I did my certification through this, and it was the best decision I made; I learnt how to embody SPT 💚

My mentors, and safe groups- you all know who you are- thank you 💚

You all helped me finding the authentic version of me
