✅ Raising awareness on the importance of mental health in the workplace
✅ Practical stress management and self-care strategies
✅ Identifying early signs of burnout, anxiety, and emotional distress
✅ Fostering peer support and psychological safety
✅ Strengthening resilience and work-life balance
✅ Empowering champions to lead internal wellness efforts
