Sometimes the issue isn’t breast milk supply. It’s mechanics.

Struggling with slow weight gain and low pump output that quietly planted doubt to the point of resorting to galactagogues for a boost, today we found clarity, confidence and a deeper latch.

From not getting any pump output to this!
Turns out it was technique (pump settings), not supply. A reminder that pump output isn’t a measure of breast milk supply

We adjusted positioning, improved latch, explored different breastfeeding positions, did fl**ge sizing and tried a double electric pump that worked so beautifully for her 😊
