Today joined counselling psychologists and other mental health workers to walk for a community mental wellness chapter today at Ngurubani mwea kirinyaga county to sensitize people and community at large about substance use, mental illnesses and where to get help .
In attendance were NACADA and other stake holders .
We say mental health wellness is a right.
