Quitters Day is historically the second Friday of any new year. Quitters Day 2026 is January 9th. That’s when most people give up on their goals and resolutions. But not you!

We start Jan 10th to 31st; logging 4.5km daily of walks or runs, staying consistent, motivated, and strong.
