There are generally 2 ways of permanent teeth replacement:
1. Dental Implants
2. Bridge

A bridge is a set of one or more false teeth supported by a metal framework, used to replace one or more missing teeth.

A fixed bridge is a prosthetic replacement of one or more missing teeth and is usually cemented to the teeth neighboring the gap. Or it may be anchored onto dental implants.

A removable denture (partial or complete denture) is a prosthetic replacement of one or more missing teeth on a framework that can be removed by the wearer.

The materials used for bridges include porcelain, metal alloy, porcelain fused with metal, full ceramic (metal free) e.g zirconia, e- max.
