FEAR

Fear may be internal and it is upheld by a system of thoughts that you neatly use to prevent managing your self-inflicted fear. You express the thoughts in sentences such as :

-I will loose
-I will look foolish
-I am not attractive/ugly
-They may be mad at me etc

But you can never understand how it feels like to eliminate your dread/worry till you risk a behavior that challenges it. No one can teach you fear, nobody teaches you to be terrified. Therefore, your dreads are a unique feeling and only you can challenge them.

Eagerness to battle fear is known as courage. Courage implies to: soaring in the confront of critics, depending on yourself, being ready to learn and accept from the outcomes of your decisions.

Hair loss can either affect your scalp or your body. It can as well be permanent or temporary. Both women and men whether children or adults can be affected, but it is generally experienced by men. It occurs when new hair fails to replace the lost hair.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF LOOSING WEIGHT FOR WOMEN

If you are obese or overweight, then you are at a risk of suffering many health issues compared to women with normal weight. If you have abnormal weight, begin by making a few changes to your eating habits and become more active physically. Physical activities are based on age. Loosing weight will help you reduce the risk of:
