Listen, aloe vera has over 300 species and only four are safe for human consumption, the rest can get toxic especially if consumed in large quantities. The popular one here in Kenya called flora, is not among the safe four.

Hands up if you have seen the ✅ notification on IG indicating that you are all caught up as you have seen all new posts from the past 3 days 🤨😫😣. I’m not alone, no? I have never seen it before and at this point I got to admit, quarantine is tough 😝. Working from home is a myth. Both are necessary.
