Caffeine is an ingredient found in coffee,tea and other beverages.According to various studies caffeine can prevent several non-communicable diseases.The study which was done by Harvard School of Public Health found out that taking two to four cups of coffee per day can reduce su***de risks in adults. Another study carried out by Stanford University School of Medicine shows that caffeine properties can reduce inflammatory processes and therefore prevent diseases like cancer and diabetes.The research concluded that people who drank more beverages frequently containing caffeine, inflammation processes were less prevalence compared to those who rarely take beverages with caffeine.The study which examine more than 100 people shows that people who had more inflammatory proteins in their blood had high blood pressure and free radicals in their blood.Those who had less inflammatory proteins in their blood had more caffeine.The free radicals have been associated with cancer and therefore can damage cells.
