Your body is doing incredible work, and it needs fuel, not fewer meals.

Focus on balanced, nourishing foods and trust the process, your wellbeing matters just as much as your baby’s.

Not every dry patch is eczema. Learn the signs so you can care better for your little one’s skin. not every dry patch means eczema, mama 💛

- Dry skin often just needs more moisture and care.
- Eczema, on the other hand, is an ongoing condition, it can be itchy, red, and sometimes even oozy or crusty.

Knowing the difference helps you choose the right care for your baby’s delicate skin

If your little one’s skin isn’t improving with regular moisturising, it’s always best to check in with your paediatrician.
