Guess what?! We had this super inspiring visit with Douglas in Kilifi. He's a shoemaker and an amputee, and he just got his first prosthetic from us after 15 years in a wheelchair! Can you believe it? He told us how much of a game-changer it's been for his mobility. Now he can get to his shop and work so much more easily. Honestly, seeing that transformation just makes everyone here so happy. ⁠

Hey everyone, we want to tell you about this amazing person. Her name is Mary from Nakuru, Kenya. When she was just 6 months old, a severe burn led to her needing an amputation., Since then, she has been a total champ living with a prosthesis! Life wasn't always easy. She has had her share of struggles with falls and tough emotions. She's been grinding, selling sweets while seated. Talk about resilience! Sending all the love and good vibes her way! ❤️⁠

The wait is over - it’s finally here! 💛

It is 3rd of December: International Day of Persons with Disabilities and we wanted to create something special to celebrate our community.
