Have you heard the fuss about Omega 3? Well I have been paying attention to it and I am currently taking it and so far better. Omega 3 come from fish oil (Sardines, herrings, Salmon, mackerel and squids). It is said to make the cell walls permeable and flexible. It is particularly important for the brain cells and can help deal with issues such arthritis, Memory decline, Alzheimer, heart diseases, PMS, moodiness, depression, immune system and a host of other things. It is surely wise to take Omega 3 supplements especially because we do not eat enough of fish and even if we did to get enough of the Omega 3 we need we would surely need to eat a whole lot of fish than is feasible.
