Crispy Patato Wedges
INGREDIENTS
2-3 Potatoes
Salt
Water to boil
Black Pepper
Butter/Margarine
PROCEDURE
1.Start with equal sized potatoes that are clean. Cut the potatoes into equal sizes.
2.Place in cold salted water and bring to a boil and cook until slightly hard on the inside
3.Drain off the water
4.Heat your pan until oil starts to smoke
5.Add the pre cooked potatoes to cook on the first side until brown
6.Make sure the heat is on high to get the right results
7.When browned on the first side, turn to cook the second side
8.Finally add little butter/margarine to give you more flavour and brown colour.
9.Toss the potatoes or give a good stir
10.Season with some black pepper and chili flakes if you like some heat
11.Serve as an acoompaniment or on their own.
