On Wednesday, 4th February 2026, we had the honour of facilitating a Leadership Induction and Training for the Student Leadership Council of Kisumu Boys’ National (C1) School at the serene Alabama Resort.

Set away from the usual school environment, the session created the perfect space for reflection, honest conversations, and intentional growth. From the very first session, the student leaders demonstrated curiosity, and a deep desire to serve with excellence. This purpose-driven session was a call to leadership responsibility.

The training focused on grounding the leaders in the **true meaning of leadership: service over status, influence over authority, and responsibility over privilege. Through highly practical and relatable sessions, the council engaged in:
- Understanding the roles and expectations of student leaders in a national school setup
- Building strong foundations in values-based leadership and integrity
- Effective communication and influence within the student body
- Conflict management and problem-solving in real school-life scenarios
- Teamwork, delegation, and accountability for collective success
- Leading by exampleβ€”academically, socially, and morally

The discussions were rich, the reflections deep, and the participation impressive. The leaders asked critical questions, shared real experiences, and walked away with clarity on how their daily choices directly shape the culture, discipline, and academic focus of the school.

As Kisumu Boys’ National School continues its steady journey of academic and leadership excellence, it is encouraging to see a student leadership council that is intentional, disciplined, and ready to serve. The passion and commitment displayed during the training give great confidence that the school is in safe hands.

We appreciate the school administration, particularly the Chief Principal and the Deputy Administration, for investing in leadership development and trusting us with this important assignment.

Last Friday, we had a practical and inspiring Target Setting Session with the students of Nyang’iela Secondary School. It was a moment of deep reflection, honest self-assessment, and bold goal-setting as learners took charge of their academic journey.

The session focused on: understanding individual performance trends, identifying strengths and closing learning gaps, setting realistic but challenging academic targets, and building discipline, consistency, and personal accountability

The students engaged actively, asked thoughtful questions, and showed a clear willingness to stretch themselves beyond their comfort zones. It was encouraging to see them move from hope to clear intention, and from intention to action.

We applaud the school administration and teachers for prioritising structured academic planning and for creating an environment where students are guided to believe in their potential.

On Friday, 23rd January 2026, we spent a purposeful day at Nyawita Mixed Secondary School for two impactful programmes.

Our day began with a Parental Engagement and Empowerment Session for Form 3 and Form 4 students, bringing together parents, guardians, learners, and the school team around one shared goal of academic excellence. The session focused on the critical role of parents in academic performance and discipline, and building strong home–school partnerships for better outcomes.

Later in the day, we shifted focus to the Grade 10 learners during a vibrant Senior School Orientation Session. We guided the learners to understand the Senior School structure and pathways, learner responsibilities and expectations in Grade 10, developing the right mindset and discipline, and making intentional choices early for future academic and career success. The learners were attentive, curious, and excitedβ€”clearly ready to embrace this new chapter with purpose and confidence.

The two sessions beautifully complemented each other. It was a day of alignment, clarity, and renewed commitment to holistic education.

We sincerely thank the Nyawita Mixed Secondary School administration, teachers, parents, and learners for the warm reception, openness, and active participation.

Together, we continue to nurture informed parents, focused learners, and supportive schools because it truly takes a village to raise successful students.

On Wednesday, 28th January 2026, our Programmes and Strategy Lead, served as the Keynote Speaker during the Target Launch for Kisumu Boys’ National School held in Nakuru City.

The two-day occasion brought together key education stakeholders - school leadership, teachers, students, parents, and partnersβ€”all united by one shared goal: launching and owning the 2026 KCSE academic targets.

Kisumu Boys’ National School continues to demonstrate steady and commendable academic growth, and it was truly inspiring to be part of this journey of intentional improvement and excellence. The atmosphere throughout the sessions was purposeful, reflective, and forward-lookingβ€”clear evidence of a school that understands that excellence is not accidental, but planned, tracked, and delivered.

Our presentation centered on three critical pillars of academic success:
πŸ”Ή Individual Academic Audit – helping learners honestly assess where they are, identify gaps, and take ownership of their performance.
πŸ”Ή Trend Mastery – understanding past performance patterns to make informed, realistic, and ambitious projections for KCSE 2026.
πŸ”Ή Mastering and Delivering Content – moving beyond coverage to deep understanding, effective revision, and confident examination ex*****on.

The engagement from both students and teachers reaffirmed one powerful truth: when targets are clear, data-driven, and owned by every individual, improvement becomes inevitable.

We applaud the Kisumu Boys’ fraternity for embracing a culture of accountability, continuous reflection, and high expectations. We are proud to walk with you in this academic journey and look forward to celebrating even greater milestones ahead.

From intention to distinction, the journey is well underway.
Onward and upward, Kisumu Boys’ National School!

On Tuesday, we spent a powerful and engaging afternoon at Nyawara Girls’ High School, facilitating a Target Setting Session that challenged the girls to pause, reflect, and intentionally take charge of their academic journey.

The honesty, energy, and determination in the room were inspiring. These girls are learning that results don’t happen by chance, they are built through clarity, consistency, and courage.

As the girls set their targets, we are confident they are stepping into the rest of the term with renewed focus and belief in their potential.

The journey to excellence has officially begun.

Last weekend, we had a meaningful and heartfelt engagement with the parents of Form 4 candidates at Keveye Girls’ National School during their Academic Clinic, where we facilitated a Parental Empowerment and Engagement Session.

Our conversation was real, practical, and timely. We focused on how parents can best support their daughters as candidates; not just academically, but emotionally and psychologically, and how to work in partnership with the school for the good of the learner.

It was refreshing to see parents ask honest questions, share real concerns, and commit to being present, supportive, and aligned. When parents and schools pull in the same direction, the learner wins.

To the parents of Keveye Girls, thank you for showing up, listening, and choosing to be intentional partners in this final stretch. Your role matters more than you may ever know.

Together, we are raising confident, focused, and supported candidates.

On Thursday, 22nd January 2026, we joined the principals of Rarieda Sub-County during their KESSHA meeting, where we shared insights on our School Mentorship and Empowerment Programmes and our holistic learning experience strategies.

We had a powerful moment of reflection and alignment. The principals appreciated the practical impact our work continues to create in their schoolsβ€”academically, emotionally, and in character formation. We have worked with most of these schools and they are part of our programmes.

We are grateful for the trust, the partnership, and the shared commitment to raising well-rounded learners who are equipped for life beyond the classroom.

Together, we shape futures.

On Wednesday, 21st January 2026, we spent the entire day at Ringa Boys’ High School, walking and working alongside the school community through three intentional and transformative programmes, all aimed at nurturing academic excellence, emotional wellness, and student leadership.

1. Target Setting Session for the Candidates
We engaged the candidates in a practical, honest, and data-informed target setting session. Beyond grades, we challenged them to align discipline, mindset, effort, and consistency with their academic goals. The boys reflected, owned their current reality, and committed themselves to finishing strongβ€”knowing that excellence is a daily choice.

2. Capacity Building for Guidance & Counselling Teachers
We held a rich professional development session with the Guidance and Counselling team, focusing on strengthening systems, responding to emerging adolescent mental health needs, ethical practice, and making the department more visible, approachable, and impactful within the school. Teachers were reminded that sustainable student wellness begins with empowered and supported counsellors.

3. Training for Peer Counsellors
We equipped the peer counsellors with essential skills in active listening, boundaries, confidentiality, referral, and responsible peer support. We emphasized that peer counsellors are students who create safe spaces, reduce stigma, and guide their peers to the right help. The passion and openness from the students was deeply encouraging.

What stood out most was the school’s commitment to a whole-school approach: supporting candidates, empowering teachers, and intentionally growing peer counsellors. When these three work together, schools don’t just produce resultsβ€”they shape balanced, resilient young men.

We appreciate the administration of Ringa Boys’ High School, particularly the Principal, for the warm reception, openness, and shared vision for holistic education. It was an honour to serve, learn, and grow together.

On Monday, 19th January 2026, we had an inspiring and purpose-filled day at Keveye Girls’ National School as we facilitated a Target Setting Session that was individualized (every girl owning her journey), practical (clear actions, not just wishes), and trend-based (informed by real performance patterns and possibilities).

The energy, focus, and determination in the room were simply powerful. These girls are not guessing their way through their final year, they are intentional, informed, and bold.

This is just the beginning. We will walk with the Keveye Girls throughout the year, offering guidance, mentorship, and accountability as they pursue academic excellence in their final exams. We agreed to dream clearly and work strategically.

In the afternoon of 18th January 2026, we facilitated an open, respectful, and age-appropriate session on Sexuality and Relationships, with a thoughtful focus on Sexual Orientation.

The conversation was guided by a strong values-based approach, aimed at equipping the boys with accurate information, self-awareness, and the ability to make positive, responsible decisions in a world full of mixed messages.

Our goal was not just to inform, but to empower, helping the boys understand themselves, respect others, set healthy boundaries, and make choices that protect their future, dignity, and well-being.

We remain committed to walking with them as they grow in character, clarity, and confidence.

Yesterday, 18th January and 2026, we spent a fulfilling morning at Dudi Girls’ High School, facilitating a session on a practical target setting. This marked the beginning of an intentional mentorship journey as we walk with this class in shaping their character, competence, and social connection.

We are fully committed to supporting the Eagles as they prepare to face the final examinations of this critical level of basic education. It is inspiring to see their determination, focus, and willingness to grow, not just academically, but holistically.

The journey has begun, and we are proud to be part of it.
