Fruits and vegetables are the sure bet sources of phytochemicals and antioxidants.
So what are phytochemicals? Are they vitamins, minerals? No they aren't. They are natural chemicals only found in plants and have many health benefits including being cancer-protective.
They are not found in supplements either but in real foods and fruits.
