Today we had the privilege of conducting wellness checks at Christ the King Major Seminary, Nyeri. The seminarians participated in insightful mental health sessions on debriefing, addiction, and non-communicable diseases, alongside screenings for random blood sugar, BMI, and blood pressure. Promoting holistic wellness, that is body, mind, and spirit.
