Eye can be affected by different types of cancers which may
include:
Melanoma of your eye, this might be the conjunctival,
intraocular or sometimes the skin melanoma as well.
Basal cell carcinoma may be a cause of eye cancer.
The squamous lied carcinoma has direct impact on your
eye.
Lymphoma may be a possible reason for eye cancer.
A childhood cancer can be easily transmitted to eye and
results in severe damage.
Eye cancer can develop in the surrounding tissues of your eye
such as eye lids, eye ball, lacrimal gland and orbit. But, it can
also transmit to eye through other areas of your body. If, it is
transmitted from somewhere else then it is known as metastasis
or secondary cancer. Among all the mentioned types of eye
cancer the most common is the melanoma so we mostly discuss
this type of eye cancer.
Symptoms of eye cancer
The most common symptoms of eye cancer are:
Proptosis which is characterized by the bulging of just one
eye
Complete or sometime partial loss of vision, even if your
eye side become suddenly blurred then it might be due to
cancer
Pain in the eye or just around your but, this is rare
symptom for eye cancer
Sudden change in the appearance of eye

Eye cancer is rare. There are a number of different cancers that can
affect the eye. Eye (ocular) melanoma is the most common.
Eye melanoma usually doesn’t cause any symptoms and may be
found by an optician during a routine eye test. Signs and symptoms
can include:
blurred vision
seeing flashing lights and shadows
brown or dark patches on the white area of the eye.
These symptoms can be caused by other eye conditions but it’s a
good idea to get them checked.
If you are diagnosed with eye melanoma, you will have further tests
to find out the stage and grade of the cancer. This helps doctors
plan the best treatment for you. The aim of treatment is to destroy
the cancer cells, while doing as little damage to your eyesight as
possible.
It’s natural to be feeling lots of different emotions at this difficult
time. You may find it helps to talk about your worries with someone.

HAIR WEAVING IS NOT A HEALTHY SOLUTION
There are concerns over the growing number of baldness cases in
younger men and women blame it on the stress and lifestyle
imbalances. Stress and pollution act as triggers for premature hair loss
in men and women. To cope with the hair loss is a difficult task for both
young and adults. People are ready to do anything to get their hairy
appearance back. In their quest for “instant” baldness solution, men and
women often forget about the consequences some of the hair-fixing
solutions bring to their hair and/or the overall health. One such solution
is hair weaving
Hair weaving refers to the process of adding hair – human or synthetic
– to the scalp of the individual. There are different types of hair weaving
processes including netting, bonding, tracking, fusion, lace extensions,
and more. Hair weaving is preferred by people suffering from common
baldness, alopecia areata totalis or traction alopecia.
In hair weaving the hair is glued on to the scalp or hairs. As these hairs
do not have follicles they do not grow. After some time, they also get
damaged. Hair weaving is not a permanent solution to baldness. If you
resort to this procedure, you will have to visit hair stylists at least once
in six months as the woven hair falls out during this period.
Hair weaving is considered as an immediate solution to hair loss, so it
has gained a huge popularity among people suffering from both
temporary and permanent hair loss. This is mainly because the services
are cheaper than hair transplants and are available from non-medical
professionals. The quantity of hair woven is also much higher than that
achieved in a normal hair transplant. Unlike the hair transplant
surgeries, hair weaving gives an instant makeover, so you don’t have to
wait for months to get your smart look back.
However, hair weaving also has a damaging effect on your scalp. The
process uses certain synthetic substances to glue the hair on your
scalp. These substances can damage the healthy hair follicles adjacent
to the weave. The glue blocks the airways of the hair follicles and
suppresses the growth of normal hair. In addition to these, hair weaving
also gives rise to skin problems in some individuals. Prolonged use of
hair weaving can result in permanent damage to the skin on the scalp
and neck area.
Other popular solutions to baldness include hair transplants,
medications and stem cell therapies. Hair transplants like FUE are
widely accepted as the best available solution to treat permanent
baldness in men (androgenic alopecia). It has no side effects; however,
it is more expensive than most other procedures available today.
Medications like Propecia are also used to treat hair loss in men;
however, reports suggest the drug can cause serious side effects like
s*xual dysfunction and even prostate cancer in men.
Stem cell-based therapies are the latest advancement in hair loss
treatments. The technique involves extraction of stem cells from other
parts of the body of the individual and turning them into hair-producing
progenitor cell. Several researches are underway to find the effectiveness
of this therapy.

Be aware!!!!!
Not everyone experiences symptoms of prostate cancer.
Many times, signs of prostate cancer are first detected
by a doctor during a routine check-up.
Some men, however, will experience changes in urinary
or s*xual function that might indicate the presence of
prostate cancer. These symptoms include:
1 A need to urinate frequently, especially at night

2 Difficulty starting urination or holding back urine

3 Weak or interrupted flow of urine

4Painful or burning urination

5 Difficulty in having an er****on

6 Painful ej*******on

7 Blood in urine or semen

8 Frequent pain or stiffness in the lower back, hips, or
upper thighs

You should consult with your doctor if you experience
any of the symptoms above.
Because these symptoms can also indicate the presence
of other diseases or disorders, such as BPH or
prostatitis , men will undergo a thorough work-up to
determine the underlying cause.

IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP

What difference could an extra hour of sleep make in your life? Maybe quite a lot, experts say. Studies show that the gap between getting just enough sleep and getting too little sleep may affect your health, your mood, your weight, and even your s*x life.

If you're getting less than the recommended seven or eight hours of sleep a night, here are nine reasons that you should shut down your computer, turn off the lights, and go to bed an hour early tonight.

1. Better health. Getting a good night's sleep won't grant you immunity from disease. But study after study has found a link between insufficient sleep and some serious health problems, such as heart disease, heart attacks, diabetes, and obesity.

In most cases, the health risks from sleep loss only become serious after years. That might not always be true, however. One study simulated the effects of the disturbed sleep patterns of shift workers on 10 young healthy adults. After a mere four days, three of them had blood glucose levels that qualified as pre-diabetic.

2. Better s*x life. According to a poll conducted by the National Sleep Foundation, up to 26% of people say that their s*x lives tend to suffer because they're just too tired. There's evidence that in men, impaired sleep can be associated with lower testosterone levels -- although the exact nature of the link isn't clear.

Of course, not getting enough sleep can affect your love life in less direct ways too. "If you're a 28-year-old who's so exhausted you're falling asleep during a date at the movies, that's not good," says Ronald Kramer, MD, a spokesperson for the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and a specialist at the Colorado Sleep Disorders Center in Englewood, Colo.

3. Less pain. If you have chronic pain -- or acute pain from a recent injury -- getting enough sleep may actually make you hurt less. Many studies have shown a link between sleep loss and lower pain threshold. Unfortunately, being in pain can make it hard to sleep.

Researchers have found that getting good sleep can supplement medication for pain. If pain is keeping you up at night, there are also medications available that combine a pain reliever with a sleep aid.

4. Lower risk of injury. Sleeping enough might actually keep you safer. Sleep deprivation has been linked with many notorious disasters, like the destruction of the space shuttle Challenger and the grounding of the Exxon Valdez. The Institute of Medicine estimates that one out of five auto accidents in the U.S. results from drowsy driving -- that's about 1 million crashes a year.

Of course, any kind of accident is more likely when you're exhausted, says Jodi A. Mindell, PhD, a professor of psychology at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and author of Sleep Deprived No More. "When you're overtired, you're more likely to trip, or fall off a ladder, or cut yourself while chopping vegetables," she says. "Household accidents like that can have serious consequences.

Causes of Blood in Stool

Blood in the stool means there is bleeding somewhere in your digestive tract. Sometimes the amount of blood is so small that it can only be detected by a f***l occult test (which checks for hidden blood in the stool). At other times it may visible on toilet tissue or in the toilet after a bowel movement as bright red blood. Bleeding that happens higher up in the digestive tract may make stool appear black and tarry.

The Importance of Deodorants in Modern Life

In the present world, it is almost impossible to imagine a life without a deodorant Both men and women of all ages use deodorants. Although many individuals use deodorants, most of them have not thought how the life would be if deodorant does not exist or what other benefits they can acquire from a deodorant. Many people believe that it is a way to get rid of body odor, where others think that the product is meant for enjoying fragrance. However, the use of this useful skin care product is not limited to these minor benefits. On the contrary, there are various appealing benefits of using quality deodorants whether the user is a man or a woman. Some of the important advantages are detailed below.

Prevents bacterial growth

The primary benefit of using a deodorant is keeping away the formation of bacteria that cause bad smell on your body, especially along armpits. When you wear the deodorant on your body, the sterilizing ingredients in the substance kills any bacteria found on your body. Moreover, it also avoids any potential bacterial growth that can have a negative impact on your overall health.

Eliminates odorous sweat

Often people start sweating after returning from a stressful routine. Sweating is a body’s mechanism to cool you down. However, sweating makes you uncomfortable and uneasy due to its bad smell, and you feel like bathing. This can take away a lot of time, especially when you are in a hurry to attend a meeting or a personal social event. Luckily, you can get away with such a situation by using a deodorant. Besides helping you to eliminate odorous perspiration from your body, the deodorant will make you ready for the event in no time.

Enhances your health

It is an undeniable fact that bacteria are one of the main causes of health problems. There is no better place for bacterial growth than armpits and corner parts of your body. Often people ignore itching and inconvenience caused by bacterial growth on their body. However, this is certainly a wrong idea. If you do not address the problem quickly, it can trigger a number of health issues on your body skin. You might observe rashes on your skin, pus formation as well as many other skin issues. In addition to this, you might feel tired due to persistent skin issues. This can have bad effects on your work and personal life. Thankfully, you can get away with such a scenario by using a suitable deodorant that kills bacteria from all parts of your body.

Keeps you refreshed

Apart from this, deodorants keep you refreshed all the time. No matter how tired you are, you can get ready for any upcoming activity by spraying deodorant on your body. Besides reducing your fatigue and tiredness, deodorants enhance your overall mood to get ready for any activity or event.

Closing thoughts

Thus, there are various health benefits of using quality deodorants for men and women. Stoppage of bacterial growth, elimination of bad body odor, enhanced health etc are some of the highlighting benefits of using deodorant
