Gluten-free simplified that is our motto.
Gluten-free living can be a lifestyle choice or it can be mandatory in managing some specific health conditions. Either way we are here for you. My children are intolerant and I am not therefore for them it is not optional. This was something very foreign for me, I first had of gluten intolerance and celiac disease when we had visited a doctor because my first born son had a severe irritable rash on his cheek that was spreading rapidly. I was astounded as the doctor read out the new ‘rules’ of living cut out wheat, dairy, eggs, broiler chicken, the list went on and on including fabric softener. The wheat was what shocked me the most, this was 9 years ago.
I would buy different flour blends to try and make gluten-free bread, chapati, pancakes, cakes just about everything. Cakes and pancakes were not as daunting but bread and chapati were possible. It has taken me 3 years to come up with a blend for chapati mix that I also enjoy.
I started doing gluten-free flour production in May of 2018, there was so much inconsistencies in the flours available in the market. We currently are doing our production from Siaya county and soon we will be in a store near you. Apart from the flours we also make cakes, bread, chapati, samosas, mahamris, doughnuts, cupcakes.
