The Fringe is a health promotion organisation working with local partners to create healthier x spaces. Weβve just jumped on board as a health promotion partner for the Sangker River Run, and weβre super excited to support you on your journey to race day π
Over the coming weeks, weβll be sharing training tips, workshops and motivation to help you prepare, stay healthy and enjoy every step of the process.
To kick it off, weβve created free training programs for beginner runners: 5km, 10km, half marathon and full marathon.
