The Fringe is a health promotion organisation working with local partners to create healthier x spaces. We’ve just jumped on board as a health promotion partner for the Sangker River Run, and we’re super excited to support you on your journey to race day 🏁

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing training tips, workshops and motivation to help you prepare, stay healthy and enjoy every step of the process.

To kick it off, we’ve created free training programs for beginner runners: 5km, 10km, half marathon and full marathon.

This little homemade dessert was created late one night with a group of friends in our lovely courtyard, after someone casually mentioned they were craving β€œjust a little something” after dinner 🍲

We jumped into the kitchenπŸ‘©β€πŸ³ and - voila - The Last Bite was here ✨
