In yoga and qi gong, we awaken from the dream of constant doing and return to the simple truth of being. Through mindful movement, the illusion softens—and we begin to see life, and ourselves, with fresh, present eyes.

We've got a beautiful bunch of offerings. this week, including Hatha with Rosie on Thursday morning, Qi Gong with Tony on Saturday morning, Yin with Rosa on Tuesday evening, and Bilingual Hatha with Phil on Monday and Wednesday morning. :)

Our studio offers three types of mindful movement - Yoga, tai chi, and qi gong - which invite us into honest communication—with our own bodies, our breath, and our hearts. As we listen within, we begin to understand ourselves more deeply… and that’s where real growth—and quiet happiness—begins.

We are excited to announce the return of Phil's bilingual hatha classes on Monday mornings at 10 AM, Rosie will be teaching 3 vinyasa classes this week, and a new teacher named Rosa will be joining us for 2 classes a week as well for all of you late risers. :)

Please note that there will be no classes on Wednesday due to construction at Monkey Republic, Kampot - មុំាងឃី រីផាប់ប្លិក :)

Ian’s classes are a well-rounded blend of movement, breath, and mindfulness. With clear, simple guidance, he makes each posture accessible while helping you build both strength and flexibility. His teaching weaves in meditation and traditional yoga philosophy, inviting you to notice the subtle sensations of body and breath. Whether you’re brand new or deepening your practice, Ian creates a supportive space to move with awareness and leave feeling activated, balanced, and content.

Join Tony this morning at 9 am!

Qi Gong originates from traditional Chinese medicine and translates to "energy work". It has been practiced in Asia for thousands of years for health and well-being. The practice aims to optimize and balance the energy flow in the body and the mind through slow controlled movements with co-ordinated breath and gaze. Mental focus, directed awareness and visualization are also used in order to manage energy.

Tony will take us through a morning sequence every Saturday at 9 am that will leave you feeling balanced, clear, and ready for your day. We are so happy to have this class back on the regular schedule!

- $5 per class.
- No experience needed.

Tai Chi is the art of flowing energy in an efficient manner... it increases awareness of your surroundings as well as helping you to be grounded in the presence of the moment. Clarity of Mind and efficiency of Body is a direct result from the practice of Tai Chi... The Class is an hour long and is suitable for all ages.

This Tuesday we also have a 10 AM class with Ian.

With his vast knowledge of postures, he helps you build strength, balance, and awareness in a way that feels supportive and mindful. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Phil creates space for you to move with intention and ease. Plus, he teaches in both English and French, making his classes welcoming to a diverse community.

Hey, we are RedForest retreat. A retreat that is created with mindful intention and lead by yogis who treat yoga as a lifelong practice.

We believe Yoga is not something mystery but a way of living, a choice to do good, an experience that can discover the world by exploring our own body.
