Do you know about Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD)? 🤔
Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) is a common, very contagious viral illness, typically mild.
Several viruses like Coxsackievirus and EV71 can cause HFMD.
Very rarely, HFMD due to EV71 can cause a severe disease and lead to death. Contamination: epidemics are frequent in day-care and schools in young children but affects all ages.
Viruses are spreading easily through close contact (cutaneous lesions), cough / droplets, and contaminated surfaces. Symptoms: fever, rhinitis, painful sores or blisters in the mouth, and blisters on palms, soles of feet +/- buttock.
🏥You may visit your Pediatrician / Doctor, if your child has difficulty drinking or signs of dehydration, lethargy or drowsiness, pain (frequent in the mouth) fever lasting more than 3 days or worsening symptoms.

មេរោគជាច្រើនដូចជា Coxsackievirus និង EV71 អាចបណ្តាលឱ្យ កើតHFMD ។
កម្រណាស់ តែជំងឺ HFMD ដោយសារ EV71 អាចបង្កឱ្យមានជំងឺធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ និងបណ្តាលអោយស្លាប់បាន។ ការចម្លងរោគ៖ ជំងឺរាតត្បាតកើតមានជាញឹកញាប់នៅក្នុងកន្លែងមើលក្មេង និងសាលារៀនចំពោះកុមារតូចៗ ប៉ុន្តែប៉ះពាល់ដល់មនុស្សគ្រប់វ័យ។
មេរោគឆ្លងបានយ៉ាងងាយតាមរយៈទំនាក់ទំនងជិតស្និទ្ធ (ដំបៅស្បែក) ក្អក/ដំណក់ទឹក និងផ្ទៃដែលមានមេរោគ។ រោគសញ្ញា៖ ក្តៅខ្លួន រលាកច្រមុះ ដំបៅឈឺចាប់ ឬពងបែកក្នុងមាត់ និងពងបែកនៅលើបាតដៃ បាតជើង +/- គូទ។
🏥 អ្នកអាចទៅជួបគ្រូពេទ្យកុមារ ឬវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត ប្រសិនបើកូនរបស់អ្នកពិបាកផឹក ឬមានសញ្ញានៃការខះជាតិទឹក អស់កម្លាំង ឬងងុយគេង ឈឺ (ញឹកញាប់ក្នុងមាត់) គ្រុនក្តៅលើសពី 3 ថ្ងៃ ឬរោគសញ្ញាកាន់តែអាក្រក់ទៅៗ។
