រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី៤ខែ នៃក្រសួងការបរទេសថៃ! បានប្រឹងបំភាន់រៀបរាប់នៅវេទិកាមហាសន្និបាតអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិថា"យើងដឹងថាអ្នកណាជាជនរងគ្រោះពិតប្រាកដ គឺទាហានថៃដែលបានបាត់បង់ជើងដោយសារមីន គឺក្មេងៗដែលសាលារៀនរបស់ពួកគេត្រូវបានបំផ្លាញដោយកាំភ្លើងធំ និងជនស៊ីវិលស្លូតត្រង់ដែលត្រូវបានវាយប្រហារដោយគ្រាប់រ៉ុក្កែតកម្ពុជា"។

6. Who hesitated and didn't want a third country to intervene in resolving the issue?
