Job brief
We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to provide high-quality service to our customers. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. Your goal will be to ensure our guests receive great experiences and plan to come back to our facilities.

Responsibilities
• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
• Respond reservation and proceed booking
• Help prepare welcome briefing and consulting the Spa menu
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Record information in the logbook daily
• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or Receptionist
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Computer literacy
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
• High school degree
Salary: Negotiable
