នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ, ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ក្រោមការសម្របសម្រួលរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានចុះទៅ បានចុះពិនិត្យមើលស្ថានភាពជនស៊ីវិលចំនួន៣នាក់ រងរបួសដោយសារតែការបើកការបាញ់ប្រហាររបស់យោធាថៃមកលើអ្នកភូមិព្រៃចាន់ ឃុំអូរបីជាន់ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ កាលពីរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១២ខែវិច្ឆិកា ម្សិលមិញ។ជនសុីវិលទាំងបីនាក់នេះ កំពុងសម្រាកព្យាបាលរបួសនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យខេត្តមិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុន មង្គលបូរី ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ។
On the morning of November 13, 2025, the ASEAN Observers Team (AOT), under the coordination of the Ministry of National Defence, conducted an inspection of the situation of three Cambodian civilians who were injured as a result of gunfire opened by Thai soldiers on residents of Prey Chan Village, O’Beychoan Commune, O’Chrou District, Banteay Meanchey Province, on the afternoon of November 12. The three civilians are currently receiving medical treatment for their injuries at the Cambodia–Japan Friendship Provincial Hospital in Mongkol Borei, Banteay Meanchey Province.
