Tight or stiff in your lower back? π
Try this simple reset exercise.
Place a stick between your legs and gently hold the position.
Push your legs into the stick, hold for 10β15 seconds, then switch sides.
β¨ Bonus option (no stick needed):
Cross one leg over the other and use both arm to hold the opposite leg.
Easy, controlled, and effective, perfect for a quick reset.
