Last month we had a class called "Stable and Durable" which focused on stability and muscle endurance.
This week we're changing the name of the class as we progress to the second level of the Optimum Performance Training method.
Welcome to: Strong and Durable.
Here's some things you will want to know:
1: Previous programs are linked below in case you want to catch up or use them in the near future.
2: Times are similar for this class, for now:
-Mon/wed/fri 8am
-Sat 12pm
For 99$ you can train 4x per week, drop ins are 10$. First class is free.

After the lecture on Day 1, we spent a good amount of time on anatomy and surface marking.
This allows for accurate placement of the injection, while avoiding any potential risk structures like arteries and nerves.

Sam said "you know what?" I'm going to just go all in.
And so he has. Turning up 5 days per week for the last month and as a result:
250% strength increase in his big lifts
1km run down to 5.40 min from 8.49 min
Those are huge numbers and that's not all.
He also learned how to set his own goals (and crush them), eat in a way that compliments his goals AND designed his own workouts for when he moves back to pilates.

"Movement" is a studio that combines state of the art Physiotherapy with Personal Training.
Physiotherapy consultations are available to assess pain and discomfort related to muscles and joints. Therapy will consist of pain reduction techniques like deep-tissue massage, gentle stretching & muscle-puncture.
There is a strong emphasis on educating the client on the issue and using corrective exercise therapy in order not only treat the current pain but strengthen the body in order to prevent future problems.
Clients typically experience a quick decrease in pain and strong improvements on well being, energy levels, sleep and level of fitness.
It is possible, and common that clients pursue some fitness coaching after their therapy
