The Bamboo Centre office will be closed today due to road construction. They are resurfacing the road so our office is not accessible. We will be doing our best to respond to emails and phone calls during our office hours.

We hope that everyone enjoys the holiday season and acknowledge that is can also be a difficult time for some people. For this reason The Bamboo Centre will be open throughout the holidays except for perhaps the 25th and 26th of December and appointments available for new clients.

The therapists at the Bamboo Centre are all trained and have experience in working with clients with trauma. We use a variety of tools and chose the ones that seem to work best with each individual client. Examples are art therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy as well as EMDR.
