Client Spotlight: Henry
Henry joined LLFitness after feeling stuck in his training. His weight and muscle mass had plateaued, while his body fat continued to rise — a sign that his approach needed adjustment. Looking for clearer direction, he turned to personal training to better align his workouts with his goals.
Working with Coach Yo, Henry corrected key mistakes, gained a better understanding of his body, and rebuilt his training approach. This led to renewed progress and new personal records for squats, bench press, and deadlifts.
