Looks like a great program to follow!

We recognize the value of yoga for runners and the joy of running with friends. Our training program includes yoga sessions and long runs with our friends from Phnom Penh Athletics Club. This week, one quality session will focus on marathon pace, running with her, as part of the SheRuns campaign.

We’ll gently guide experienced runners on a journey toward achieving a sub-2-hour Half Marathon, while beginners will reach new levels of fitness through training with us. All sessions are free, though we gratefully welcome any donations to support our work.

We look forward to helping you become a happy and healthy runner!

We Run in Cambodia

  • We are a group of young Cambodian people from different backgrounds who care about the level of fitness of people in general. Togeher, we would like to make our community a place where people understand about the benefits of exercises for their quality of life, a place where people can access sport and leisure opportunities easily, and finally a place where children can play (not only spending time on their screens). We see the importance of sport engagement to spread the healthy lifestyle among friends and family across the world. We know that there are large variations in residents’ participation levels in physical activity and sport. We want to take residents on a journey that will see people: - move from no or low levels of physical activity towards regularly participating in physical activity - move from moderate levels of physical activity towards higher levels, and being confident to join a sports club, take part in team sports or amateur competitions if they wish. - continue to be supported if they are competing at a regional, national or international sporting level. We start with running events to raise awareness of the benefits of exercises and engage both residents and tourists into sport environment while being eco-friendly in all activities we do. At the same time, we will provide sport clubs where people can share their knowledges and experiences concerning the physical activities. And finally, we would like to provide a service to help those who would like to use sport as their medicines to cure their diseases and maintain their health.
