This immersive workshop is facilitated by Camille, holistic coach at Sâmata.

You’ll learn practical breathing tools to regulate stress, understand how stress affects the nervous system, and experience guided cold exposure in a safe and supportive setting.

This is not about pushing limits.
It’s about reconnecting with your body, building resilience, and leaving with tools you can use in daily life.

✨ Camille also offers individual sessions at Sâmata for those wishing to continue this work more deeply.
