Testimony of one patient:
I consulted Dr. CURTY in early 2016 for tendinitis of the right shoulder and elbow and neck pain. I noticed a real improvement of the intensity of the pains during the day and complete disappearance of the night pains after three sessions.

Acupuncture
Invented in China, acupuncture has always played a part in preventive medicine. In the Western world, it is now a part of our daily medical practice, and it is used both for preventive and curative purposes.
Acupuncture has a major advantage: it can be used without problems or secondary effects from birth to the end of life.
The principle of acupuncture consists in planting needles in several points of the patient’s body in order to provoke a reaction from his organism to fight against imbalances and the disorders caused by diseases or traumas.
The effects of acupuncture
Acupuncture increases the body's defenses and accelerates the healing processes.
It has a great anti-inflammatory, relaxing and anti-depressant power. Its tranquilizing effects make patients more relaxed and serene. Everyone has experienced stress ... acupuncture helps fight against its disastrous effects.
The acupuncture session
The doctor begins by talking to the patient to establish the diagnosis.
The patient is then placed in an extended position, under optimal conditions of comfort. The doctor then plants fine needles, according to the number and the location that he judges the best adapted to cure his patient. The needle placement is most often painless and the patient has the feeling of a slight tingling. We let the needles work for about 20-30 minutes. During the session, the patient will feel a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
The removal of the needles is then accompanied by a relaxing massage with essential oils that increases the feeling of well-being and optimizes the effects of the acupuncture session.
In general, it takes between 3 to 5 sessions, spaced 8 to 10 days apart to obtain the expected result.
Four booster sessions are required each year.
