នៅថ្ងៃទី១២-១៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានកិច្ចសហការណ៍ជាមួយ អង្គការមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសហគមន៍ផ្ទះសប្បុរ ខេត្តសៀមរាប អង្គការអូអាយស៊ីកម្ពុជា បានផ្តល់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី “ការណែនំាលើយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តគំាទ្របឋម លើការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង និងការស្វែងយល់ពីសិទ្ធិកុមារ និងសិទ្ធិការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង សំរាប់ឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាលដែលកូនមានពិការភាពការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង” មានឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាល និងអ្នកថែទំា កូនមានពិការភាព និងការលំបាកការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងសរុបចំនួន ២៤នាក់ (ប្រុស ១១នាក់) បានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ។
On February 12-13, 2026, in collaboration with the Grace House organization (Siem Reap province), OIC delivered training on “Basic communication support strategies and understanding children’s rights and communication rights to parents, caregivers with children with communication disabilities.” A total of 24 participants (5males) attended this training.

អង្គការអូអាយស៊ី កម្ពុជា (OIC Cambodia) ដោយសហការជាមួយ រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តក្រចេះ និង វិស័យសុខាភិបាលថ្នាក់ខេត្ត បានរៀបចំពិធីសម្ពោធ សេវាព្យាបាលការនិយាយ (Speech Therapy) នៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែកខេត្តក្រចេះ ជាផ្លូវការ នៅថ្ងៃទី 22 ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ 2026។
រដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលី តាមរយៈ កម្មវិធី ACCESS 2 បានគាំទ្រសេវានេះ ដើម្បីជួយឲ្យកុមារ ដែលមានការលំបាកលើការនិយាយ ភាសា និងការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង អាចទទួលបានសេវាគាំទ្រទាន់ពេល និងនៅជិតលំនៅដ្ឋានរបស់ពួកគេ ព្រមទាំងជួយឲ្យឪពុកម្តាយ និងអាណាព្យាបាល មានចំណេះដឹងក្នុងការគាំទ្រអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កុមារ តាំងពីវ័យក្មេង។
លោកវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត ខេង ម៉ាប់ អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែកខេត្តក្រចេះ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖
“ខ្ញុំមានជំនឿយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា សេវានេះ នឹងអាចឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការរបស់កុមារ និងគ្រួសាររបស់ពួកគេ ទាំងនៅក្នុងខេត្តក្រចេះ និងខេត្តជាប់ព្រំប្រទល់ ដោយធានាថាពួកគេទទួលបានសេវាព្យាបាលការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង និងភាសា ដែលមានគុណភាព និងទាន់ពេលវេលា។”

OIC Cambodia, together with the Kratie Provincial Administration and provincial health sector, officially inaugurated Speech Therapy services at the Kratie Provincial Referral Hospital on 22/01/2026.
The Australian Government, through ACCESS 2, has supported this service to help children with speech, language, and communication difficulties access timely support closer to home, and to help parents and caregivers support children’s development from an early age.
“I firmly believe that this service will respond to the needs of children and their families, both in Kratie Province and in neighbouring provinces, by ensuring timely access to quality communication and language services.” Said Dr Kheng Mab, Deputy Director of the Kratie Provincial Referral Hospital.

ថ្ងៃទី ២១- ២២ ខែធ្នូ ២០២៥ អង្គការ អូ អាយ ស៊ីកម្ពុជាបានផ្ដល់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរំលឹកស្ដីអំពី៖ ការគាំទ្រផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសសម្រាប់ការកែសម្រួល និងពង្រីក AAC សម្រាប់មនុស្សពេញវ័យដែលមានពិការភាពបញ្ញាទៅ។ ទៅដល់អង្គការដំណក់ទឹកខេត្តកែប គោលបំណង៖ ធ្វើការវាយតម្លៃយ៉ាងមានរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធលើតម្រូវការទំនាក់ទំនង (an assessment of communication needs) របស់អ្នកស្នាក់នៅ ដែលត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសចំនួន ២ នាក់ និងបង្កើតឧបករណ៍ AAC tools ដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឲ្យសមស្រប ជាពិសេសសម្រាប់អ្នកស្នាក់នៅម្នាក់ៗ ដោយផ្អែកលើលទ្ធផលនៃការវាយតម្លៃតម្រូវការទំនាក់ទំនង។
On December 21-22, 2025, OIC Cambodia provided refresher training consultancy on technical support for the adaptation and expansion of AAC tools for adults with intellectual disabilities. The key objective of this consultancy is to provide technical capacity building to two key staff at Kep (the Project Coordinator and the Social Worker) to conduct an assessment of the communication needs of two selected residents and develop bespoke AAC toolkits for both residents (based on the outputs of the needs assessment).

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២០-២១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ អង្គការអូអាយស៊ី កម្ពុជា (OIC) រួមជាមួយកម្មវិធី ACCESS 2 រៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយមន្ទីសុខាភិបាល និងមន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែកខេត្តក្រចេះ ស្តីអំពីការរួមបញ្ចូលសេវាព្យាបាលការនិយាយ (Speech Therapy) នៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យ។
ក្រោយកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះ តំណាងអង្គការ និងម្ចាស់ជំនួយក៏បានចុះទៅទស្សនៈកិច្ចនៅមន្ទីពេទ្យ និងមណ្ឌលសុខភាពផងដែរ ក្នុងគោលបំណងពិនិត្យមើលការរៀបបន្ទប់ព្យាបាល សំណេះសំណាសជាមួយសិក្ខាកាម និងស្វែងយល់ពីភាពរីកចំរើនរបស់គម្រោង និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា។ ជាក្តីសង្ឃឹម ក្រោយការរៀបចំបន្ទប់ព្យាបាល និងការបើកផ្តល់សេវា ST នេះ គម្រោងនឹងផ្តល់ជាប្រយោជន៍ជាច្រើន ជាពិសេសដល់កុមារដែលមានការលំបាកក្នុងការនិយាយ និងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង។
អ្នកចូលរួមនៅក្នុងសកម្មភាពសំខាន់នេះមាន៖ បុគ្គលិកអង្គការ OIC, តំណាងកម្មវិធី ACCESS 2, លោកស្រី Ruth Bryce (CBM Australia) និងតំណាងបុគ្គលិកសុខាភិបាល & សហគមន៍។
On November 20–21, 2025, OIC Cambodia, in collaboration with the ACCESS 2 Program, convened a meeting on Speech Therapy Services with the Provincial Health Department (PHD) and the Provincial Hospital in Kratie Province.
After the meeting, representatives from OIC, ACCESS 2, and CBM visited the provincial hospital and health centers to observe the therapy room setup, meet with the training participants, and learn about the project’s progress and remaining challenges. It is hoped that once the therapy rooms are fully prepared and the ST service is launched, the project will bring significant benefits—especially for children with speech and communication difficulties.
Participants in the meeting and field visit included: OIC staff, ACCESS 2 representatives, Mrs. Ruth Bryce (CBM Australia), hospital staff, and community trainees.
