Learn how to understand and care for your body through massage, movement, and anatomy awareness. This hands-on workshop blends education with experience — exploring muscles, fascia, and the circulatory and lymphatic systems, whilst practicing massage techniques to ease pain, tension, and fatigue.

The focus is on self-massage, but you’re welcome to bring a partner or friend to learn and practice together. Optional partner demonstrations will be included.

Jen is a massage therapist and educator with 18 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, recover from injuries, and maintain balance in their bodies. With training in deep tissue, sports massage, and Swedish relaxation, she creates fully customized sessions tailored to each client’s needs. Jen is passionate about educating people about their own anatomy in a somatic way, so that they feel empowered to support themselves in healing, improving mobility and function, and their overall well-being—whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or simply in need of deep relaxation.
