The world feels chaotic right now. Very little makes sense. The collective anxiety and overwhelm are beyond huge. Some days, it feels paralyzing to me.
And on those days, I remind myself that the most useful thing I can do in this moment is to 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺.
Put on some music — sad, happy, angry, whatever — and dance.
Humans have always done this. We move to celebrate, to grieve, to release, to express.
Dance is where I stop trying to figure everything out with my head. I don’t need answers there. I just move, breathe, and come back to sensing. Dance is the place where I remember who I am underneath all the noise.
