Is it safe to get nose bridge fillers regularly?

If you want to slightly enhance the height of your nose bridge, fillers are an effective and simple option.

Nose bridge fillers typically last between 1 and 2 years, depending on the type of product used. After this period, the filler is fully absorbed.

But is it safe to get fillers again once they are absorbed?
Yes, nose bridge fillers can be repeated regularly at appropriate intervals. Safe fillers are naturally absorbed by the body within 1–2 years. If regular treatments feel inconvenient, you may consider an alternative — enhancing the nose bridge with a silicone implant.

However, if some filler remains in the nose bridge area, it’s best to adjust the amount of new filler injected. Overfilling may cause the product to spread or migrate.

Inner Epicanthoplasty: What You Should Know Before Surgery

If your eyes appear wide-set or you have a prominent epicanthal fold, inner epicanthoplasty can help create a more open and defined look. However, this procedure is not suitable for everyone.

Inner epicanthoplasty involves making an incision in the epicanthal fold to naturally expose the inner corner of the eye. The surgery can be performed alone or in combination with double eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). Even a small adjustment — just 1–2 mm, or up to 3–5 mm — can make the eyes appear noticeably brighter and softer.

However, if the epicanthal fold is minimal, or the eyes are close together with limited space between them, the effect may be less noticeable or even look unnatural. Therefore, it is essential to evaluate the eye structure, facial proportions, and skin condition before deciding on surgery.

Recovery from epicanthoplasty typically includes stitch removal after about 7 days, swelling reduction within a week, and a natural appearance forming in approximately three weeks. Scars are usually barely visible, but frequent touching of the surgical area may prolong redness.
