EMOM= Every Minute On the Minute.
You will start each movement at the beginning of each minute. Complete the reps as fast as you can and use the remaining time as rest.

Theyโ€™ve attended health coaching sessions, learned about body composition โ€“ body fat, versus fat, free mass โ€“ and celebrated both the gains and losses together.
