The patient had her first rhinoplasty a long time ago. At that time, an L-shaped silicone implant was used—a type that is rarely used nowadays😔Unfortunately, it had been inserted crookedly, and over the years this caused the nasal bridge to appear deviated. In addition, the left lateral wall and the lower lateral cartilage became damaged, leading to asymmetric nostrils and a slight upward rotation of the nasal tip.🥲🥲

Fortunately, today’s surgery went very well, and we were able to correct everything using only septal cartilage without needing to harvest rib cartilage🤗 👍 I sincerely hope for an excellent outcome. You really did great today—thank you for your hard work🥹👏👏🙏❤️
