It's been 21 days and I've lost 10kg of fat
Weight: 70 -> 60kg
Waist: 86 -> 72cm
Lower belly circumference: 94 -> 83cm
On the day of her birth, my weight was 83kg (equivalent to my husband's weight). After giving birth this month, I still have 75 kg, sometimes I look at the whole wardrobe but can't wear anything, and still have to spend money to buy a new one, so sad... I never thought I would lose weight so quickly (in fact, I think it will take a few years to get back to 5x😅).
And now, even though I still weigh (60kg, not a little), but looking back on my achievements, I am very happy that an entire wardrobe from that time has now been pulled out and put on. Target until Tet is 57kg. Do your best
Not to mention the weight loss method that I apply not only:
+ Adjust the diet (limiting fat, fried foods, salty stock, ...), eat a lot of fruit (eat before the main meal).
+ Exercise regularly, every day 30-60 minutes. If you have time, go to the gym / yoga, but if you don't have time or a nursing mother like me, you can practice at home many friends say they are busy when they don't have time to practice, take care of children, a mother Breastfeeding still schedule time to exercise.
🥰 And the most important core is that I combine using . It helps me reach my goals faster and without worrying about gaining the weight back. Instead of taking a whole year to lose the desired amount of weight, thanks to Sadi Slim, I lost 10kg in just 21 days. Thank you so much Sadi Slim for changing my life!
Just a few simple things above, plus determination and perseverance, you will succeed.
I share this post with no intention of bragging. Just want to give more motivation to mothers who have a heart like me, or sisters who are worried about weight like me have the motivation to work together 🥰
