Mindfulness is good.
But it is hard to achieve and sustain.
This is the reason why I suggest "Breathfulness" rather than mindfulness.
Breathfulness is easy to sense; to aware; to sustain; and to learn.
How to keep breathfulness?
First, focus on your 'breath' rather than 'mind'.
Second, keep breathing.
Third, make the full breathing.
