I can't believe it's been 10 years (!!) since I completed my first yoga ttc 🥹

Taking a moment to remember that time that shaped who I have evolved into, with the people who I also still remember so fondly - was such a brilliant place to do my first training, and it was made great by the teachers guiding it - dearest .rishi and Eli 🫶
And my dear friends to yoga all day with, body surf all lunch with and eat 10p oysters on a deserted beach to celebrate our successes. Miss all of you! ... couldn't even find the ig for most people it's so long ago I think we are mostly connected via Facebook 🫠😅

Last pics are a few bonus moments I found of the first years teaching in Korea - collabing with Stella Foundation, R U OK?, Danskin... It's nice to look back 🫶

Let's spend a peaceful, nourishing weekend at the beautiful .workations just outside of Berlin. Close enough to get there easily, but far enough to truly unwind.
We’ll deepen our asana practice while also exploring the other limbs of yoga that can impact our daily lives, helping us cultivate habits and mindsets that support the year we want to create.
