Following our popular collaborations in 2025, we're starting 2026 again with the FLOW RUN 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Time: 11:00am-1:00pm
*2pm class may be added when this class gets full*

Location: Meeting

Run: Beginner-friendly 5k loop led by

Yoga: Grounding yoga & sound session after the run by (in the studio)

Tickets: 30,000krw per person - booking link in our bio or message .movement.lmf directly.

Start your year with grounding and intention through guided meditation, breathwork and deep gong vibrations 🌀

ABOUT
- This event features a special guided meditation session, with breathwork instruction by meditation coach, Danny Arens to help make meditation accessible for all.
- This session then leads into an Om Chanting meditation, followed by a Gong Journey led by Gong Leader, Isabel Kwak with a short introduction to sound meditation before the session.
- There will also be some short gentle somatic movement to stretch before the soundbath, a reflective Q&A, and a tea break.

No experience required :)

- 사운드배스 시작전 젠틀한 소마틱 움직임으로 몸을 이완합니다.
-명상세션후에 짧은 휴식시간동안 Q&A, 차담의 시간을 갖은후, 공 사운드배스로 여정이 시작됩니다.

요가 명상 경험없어도 누구나 참여 가능해요 :)

Notice: Due to the Gong Training Course, our regular Sunday class times will temporarily be held in the mornings on Sunday December 7th and 14th (see below)

Plus, we are adding in a SATURDAY VINYASA CLASS this weekend (11/29) with - 11am-12.30am

This is a credit class, meaning members can use their credits or passes for the class. Drop-in passes are also available 🙏🏽

We also have our monthly Guided Meditation class with this week, Friday 11/28 (7-8pm)

Temporary Sunday Class Change:

Sunday December 7th:
- 8am - 9.15am Vinyasa 2 (TRIAL TIME*)
- 9.30am - 10.45am (Vinyasa 1)

Sunday December 14th:
- 9.30 - 10.45am (Vinyasa)

*We've recently been hearing interest in sometimes holding early morning weekend classes, so this is also a good opportunity to try and see if this is something you might want us to run again! We'll see how the interest is in this early class & consider running again if popular ✨️

Regular 12pm & 1.30pm classes will resume on Sunday 21st.

Note, our Gong Soundbath Trainees will be leading a free-to-join public soundbath on Saturday 21st - we have limited spaces open. Please message us if you'd like to experience.
