📢 We Are Hiring – Assessment Specialist (Exams & Data Analysis)
Gulf Model School is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Assessment Specialist to manage the school’s examination systems and data analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate internal and external examinations within the school
• Handle external benchmark assessments such as **NGRT, PIRLS, TIMSS, CAT4, ASSET, ABT, and PISA
• Train teachers on proper exam administration procedures and platform usage
• Analyze assessment data and prepare clear, insightful reports for school leadership
• Register students for benchmark examinations within the appropriate testing windows
• Coordinate with teachers, leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth exam operations and deadlines
• Establish and lead an Exam Committee to implement internal assessment policies
• Distribute exam-related tasks among committee members to ensure integrity, transparency, and fairness in all examinations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in school assessment coordination and data analysis
• Familiarity with international benchmarking assessment platforms
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to train staff and manage multiple assessment timelines effectively
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Assessment, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
