This wonderful machine mainly having two sections. One of them will do the complete inspection which includes identifying the engravings, polarization, tints, measuring the thickness, base, then the power check. Power check will be done for all type of lenses(SV, PR, BI, etc.)
Other section having the complete edging process with three special spindles. All the processes are automated and no block pads required. MEI calls this technology as TBA. All the above operations can be done with multiple lensses independandly with different process handles. Such way, eight lenses will running simultaneously at a time. This is reducing the edging time drastically and faster than any other machine in the market.

Additianally commercial logos(eg. Zeiss) can be positioned according to your standard.

Another amazing advantage is that the user having the freedom to do the programming with VCA tags according to the way he need the machine to be performed.

Stacker option is available with two sizes. 72 trays and 48 trays.
